The project is located in Al-Sa'adah neighborhood in Riyadh and is an educational project implemented in collaboration with the Building Development Company, which is affiliated with the Ministry of Education.
The total area of the project is 5000 square meters, while the building occupies 2500 square meters distributed over three floors.
