Sidra neighborhood is located on an area of 20 million square meters and includes about 30,000 residential units. It is being implemented in eight phases, with the first phase consisting of the construction of 4,500 residential units. The sale of the map for the first phase began on October 7, 2021.
In addition to the residential units, the neighborhood includes a range of essential facilities such as hospitals, health centers, schools, mosques, and markets, as well as secondary facilities like public parks, recreational and play areas, restaurants, and cafes.
